Your Comfort Matters

In-person healing sessions are intended to feel calm, supportive, and welcoming. If you have any accessibility requirements, mobility considerations, or practical needs, please share them when you make contact so the session can be planned with care.

Mobility Support

If steps, standing for long periods, seating height, walking distances, or getting comfortable during a session may be a concern, please mention this in your message. Small adjustments can often make the experience feel much easier and more relaxed.

Comfort During the Session

You are welcome to share anything that would help you feel settled, such as preferred seating, support cushions, sensitivity to temperature, or needing extra time to move, rest, or pause during your appointment.

Planning Ahead

If you are unsure whether an in-person session will be suitable, include your questions in the contact form. Sheila can discuss what may be possible and help you decide what feels most supportive for your needs.
